All orders canceled by customer after order is filled and no fault of ours we will add a 15% restocking fee, please allow up to 5 Business days to process your refund.

Return orders due to no fault of ours we will add a 15% restocking fee plus cost of shipping, please allow up to 5 Business days to process your refund.

If we make a mistake you will get a 100% refund, please allow up to 5 Business days to process your refund.

If you file a chargeback or Paypal claim, your refund may take up to 10 days and we will deduct any cost associated with a chargeback or Paypal claim.

We do pursue illegal and fraudulent chargebacks to the fullest extent of the law, and collection efforts will not cease unlit full amount owed is collected.
